Prem Ratan Dhan Payo/Prema Leela Movie Story Line:

The story of the film is similar to that of the popular tale “The Prince and the Pauper”, and here Salman plays the role of a king (Vijay) and a common man (Prem). The king wants to lead a normal life away from his kingdom, while his evil stepbrother (played by Neil Nitin Mukesh) wants to take away the throne from him. Loosely based on the novel The prince and the Pauper. Ever loving Prem is respected and loved by all and Vijay (also played by Salman Khan) is in the world of hatred and violence! They change their identities temporarily to discover the other side of the world!

However, things change when the king exchanges his identity with a common man, who looks like him. Prem ‘Dilwala’ is a happy-go-lucky man who does ‘Ramleelas’ in Ayodhya, India. He knows all the shlokas by heart and the purity of the scriptures resonates in all his pranks.
